Use case

Turn your coach's workout PDF into an app you can actually train with

Your coach sends you a plan. It's a PDF — or a photo of a spreadsheet, or a WhatsApp message. It lives in your Downloads folder, you squint at it between sets, and none of your numbers get saved anywhere.

BulkUp imports that file once and turns it into a real, trackable program. Upload the PDF or snap a photo, and you get your exact plan — days, exercises, sets, reps — as an editable program on your iPhone. From then on you just log.

How the import works

  • Upload once. PDF or photo, whatever your coach gave you.
  • We parse it. The plan comes back structured day by day, mapped against a database of 1,000+ exercises.
  • You review it. If something didn't parse right, fix it in two taps. It's your plan — fully editable.
  • You train. Log every set and weight from your phone or your Apple Watch, and watch your history and PRs build up.

Why not just keep the PDF?

Because a PDF can't tell you what you lifted last week. Progressive overload only works if you know your numbers: last session's weight, your estimated 1RM, whether you're climbing or stalling. BulkUp calculates your maxes with the classic 1RM formulas and puts last week's numbers in front of you on every set.

It's not only training

If your coach gave you a diet plan too, import it the same way. Meals, supplements and the rest-day swap live next to your training — you tick off what you eat instead of fighting a sheet of paper.
